How do I register for a course?

You can register directly online through our Courses Page. Simply:

  1. Select your preferred course
  2. Add it to your cart
  3. Complete your secure online payment
  4. Receive immediate access and your enrolment confirmation email
How are the courses delivered?

Courses are offered 100% online and can be completed at your own pace. Each includes:

  • Interactive learning content
  • Downloadable notes and resources
  • Short multiple-choice assessments if a Journal
  • An automatically issued HPCSA-compliant certificate
How do I receive my CPD points?

Once you successfully complete a course and quiz:

  • Your certificate is generated instantly
  • We submit your CPD points to the HPCSA (where applicable) on your behalf
  • A copy of your certificate is emailed to you for your records
How long will I have access to my course?

You will have 12 months’ access from your enrolment date to complete your course and download your certificate.

What types of CPD points are offered?

Can I subscribe instead of paying per course?

Yes! You can choose an Annual Subscription Plan, giving you unlimited access to all online CPD courses for a full year — ideal for busy professionals who want convenience and savings.

How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are generated automatically after successfully completing the course. You can download, print, or email them directly from your learner dashboard.

What if I have technical issues or forget my login details?

Can I get a refund or transfer to another course?

Refunds or transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email support@cpdmedical.co.za within 7 days of purchase to discuss your request.

How do I know which courses I’ve completed?

Your learner dashboard tracks your:

  • Completed courses
  • Points earned
  • Certificates available for download

You can access this anytime after logging in.

Do you offer group or corporate training packages?

Yes. We provide bulk enrolment and group discounts for practices, hospitals, universities, and corporate wellness programs. Contact support@cpdmedical.co.za for a custom quotation.

Can I use CPD Medical courses for re-registration with the HPCSA?

Absolutely. All certificates and points earned through CPD Medical are recognised by the HPCSA for professional re-registration and audit purposes.
